What do I do if I never receive my order?

If you do not receive your order, please follow these steps. 

•Check around your neighborhood to make sure it wasn’t dropped off at a different address by accident. 

•Wait a couple days to see if the package shows up. Sometimes packages get marked delivered before they arrive!

•File a claim with USPS about your order!

After doing all these steps, please reach out to me and I will see if there is any other way I can assist you!

 

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

As I always double check orders before being shipped out, we are all human and there is a risk for error. If you receive a defective product, fill out our Contact Us form and I will get back to you as soon as possible!

 

Can I make changes to an already existing order?

Currently, I do not allow changes to already existing orders. If there is an issue with an order, fill out the Contact Us form.
